Uttarakhand Government Admission Guidelines

As per the new guidelines of Uttarakhand government, admissions are completely based on a first-come, first-served basis for all classes except Class X (Ten) & Class XII (Twelve).

• No direct admissions in Class X and Class XII. Only transfer cases from different cities are admissible for Class X & XII admissions.
• 25% admissions in Class Nursery are reserved under RTI.

Admissions to classes are open in the second week of February and are completed by the end of March. After the complete application for admission is received, individual or group admission tests and/or interviews are conducted in Hindi, English, Science, and Mathematics on a given date and time.

Children securing required marks in the tests are normally admitted to the school based on merit.

Required Documents for Admission:

• Recent two passport-size coloured photos of the child.
• Original birth certificate. and/or transfer certificate from the last school attended by him should be enclosed with in the application for admission or must be produced within a period of 30 days of his/her joining the school.

Documents must be produced within a period of 30 days of joining the school.
